Adam A. Haba is a licensed attorney in the states of
Florida and Michigan, as well as, the United States
District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
He is the Founding Partner of The Haba Law Firm,
with the main office located in Longwood, a suburb of
Orlando. The Haba Law Firm serves as local counsel
for plaintiff firms
in foreclosure actions across the State of
Florida. In addition to local counsel
work, Mr. Haba represents clients in family law, criminal
defense and civil litigation.
Mr. Haba began his legal career serving as an Assistant State
Attorney for the 2nd Judicial Circuit in Tallahassee,
Florida, where he was able to perfect his
skills as a trial attorney. Following
his time with the State, Mr. Haba joined a large foreclosure
litigation firm in Central Florida,
handling residential and commercial property interests, loan
modifications, and short sale negotiations.

Maria E. Bryant
is a licensed attorney in the states of Florida and
Virginia, as well as the
United States District Court for the Southern District of
Florida.
She is
the Managing Partner for the South Florida office of The Haba
Law Firm.
Ms. Bryant has a broad range of civil and criminal law experience. As a former
prosecutor for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Naples,
she has handled a variety of criminal cases and jury trials,
including DUI, domestic violence, juvenile offenses, drug
possession, weapons charges, and many other misdemeanor
and felony cases.

Lisa D. Haba
is a licensed attorney in the state of
Florida. She is a partner in The Haba
Law Firm.
Mrs. Haba spent seven years as an Assistant State Attorney
in Seminole County, where she prosecuted human trafficking,
sex crimes, child abuse, homicides, career criminals and
violent crimes. At the time she left this position,
Mrs. Haba had tried over 75 jury trials, leaving her with
extensive trial experience and a high rate of success.
Mrs. Haba tried the first human trafficking trial to occur
in Seminole County and won, securing justice for the victim
and a lengthy prison sentence for the trafficker. She
has presented trainings statewide on the prosecution of
human traffickers and how citizens can recognize the
warning signs.
